Social isolation can definitely make good habits even harder to implement. In fact, habits make up about 43% of what we do every day, so it’s understandable that new and unexpected circumstances might throw a wrench in our good-habit mechanisms!

Some new good habits could include: 
  • Cooking at home more often
  • Spending more family time at parks or in the outdoors
  • Exercising more
  • Eating better
  • Practicing a form of meditation
