Did it twice and still not working right
Obviously your Customer Care Support matches your product; an important quality. Actually, part of the order I just received is for a fellow RV couple. I printed a copy of your instruction booklet for them as well so that they may, in the future, have the information they need to place their own orders. Trust me, they knew that we had had major problems with our black tank and our "go-to" product supplier directed me on how to resolve the issue with your RV-Digest, so when they experienced the same recently with a new camper, they remembered and asked me what we had used. So, they and I WILL tell others. Our dealership just sold and our 'person' left so I simply thought to see if I could reach your company directly through your web site. I had product on hand to give to the friend but wound NOT want to be without it. We were all so pleased that I found we could order directly. Haven't 'applied' the sensor treatment yet, but intend to soon. I (sadly no longer 'we), have changed to a new coach and just wanted this product to have protection from the get-go.Ordered a bottle for the friends, as well. Overall really happy on my purchase from Unique
Soaked sensors per instruction. Dumped. Sensors readings seemed improved. Time for next dump, sensors reading tanks are full AGAIN. Seems like a waste of time and money.
