Promotion Period
The promotion begins on May 22, 2026 and ends on May 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT, unless otherwise extended or modified by Sponsor.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Unique Manufacturing & Marketing may not be eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Purchase Entry: Place an order through uniquecampingmarine.com during the Promotion Period.
No-Purchase Entry: Complete and submit the official entry form provided by Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, or submitted outside the Promotion Period may be disqualified.

No-Purchase Entry and Email Consent
Individuals who enter without making a purchase agree that by submitting the entry form, they are joining the Unique Manufacturing & Marketing email newsletter list and may receive marketing emails, updates, promotions, and related communications from Sponsor.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of an eligible giveaway entry.

Prizes
Two winners will each receive one $100 gas card. Approximate retail value of each prize is $100. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $200.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection
Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will take place on or about May 26, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email on or about May 26, 2026 using the email address provided at entry or associated with the order.
Winners may be required to respond within a reasonable time period and provide information necessary to fulfill the prize. If a winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable entries or emails.

Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Unique Manufacturing & Marketing, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Information submitted as part of this promotion may be used by Sponsor to administer the promotion, contact winners, fulfill prizes, and send marketing communications as described above. Use of participant information is subject to Sponsor's applicable privacy practices and policies.

Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
