When you place an order from uniquecampingmarine.com you will receive several email confirmations.
The first email you will receive is your Order Confirmation (your receipt).
As soon as your package is boxed-up and a shipping label has been generated, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number. You can click on this tracking number to see where your package is currently located.
If you never received an Order Confirmation email, check your spam or junk boxes, the email is likely there. Gmail users may need to check their Promotions tab. It is VERY rare that an Order Confirmation doesn’t get sent - so it is almost certainly in your inbox somewhere.
If you can’t find your confirmation email or tracking number, contact our support team for help.
We’re really sorry that your package arrived damaged or missing something!
Damaged Packages: Rest assured, we send out hundreds (sometimes thousands) of packages every week and on occasion the delivery driver will get a little rough.
Missing Items: On occasion snafus will happen with shipments.
As frustrating as this can be, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered!

If your request comes in outside of business hours, we’ll be sure to address them first thing when we’re back in the office. All of our products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacturing. To find the date your product was manufactured, look at the first 6 digits of the code stamped on the bottle. This is the date it was produced (MM/DD/YY).
If your product is older than 2 years, don’t assume it’s a lost cause. We keep retains of every batch we make, going back 15+ years, and the products still work to their full capacity. It’s highly likely that yours will too - even if it is older than 2 years.
We know how important it is for many of you to use products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment! Unfortunately, there are several RV tank treatments on the market that are purportedly “organic” but they are in fact not organic - or even safe at all!
Rest assured knowing that most of our products are 100% safe and eco-friendly! The following products have been developed with your family and the environment in mind, so you can use them without fear that you could be damaging or endangering your home or the environment:
Each of our products is designed specifically to serve a purpose and perform a job. Often people will assume that our products are completely interchangeable, but that truly isn’t the case.
Sensor Cleaner, Tank Cleaner, and RV Digest-It are very different products and are intended to solve very different problems. They also work very differently.
For best results we encourage you to use the correct product for your specific application.
RV Digest-It and Marine Digest-It use similar formulas, but the treatment amounts and instructions are very different. If you are in a pinch and can’t find your preferred product locally, you can use RV Digest-It in place of Marine Digest-It - or vice versa. Just remember that the treatment process and amounts used are very different for the respective products. You can read the instructions for these products here to help you, if you are in a pinch.
