Updating or changing items in your order. We can help you add or edit products to your order, but our system requires that we cancel your existing order for changes to be made. We can help you with this if your order has not shipped yet. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be updated, changed, or cancelled.
Updating shipping addresses or billing information. We can help you update or edit your shipping address or billing information if you contact us before your order has shipped. Please email us at email@example.com.
Cancelling an order. To cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Updating a billing address: If you placed your order on our online system and you received an order confirmation, no need to worry, your order was processed successfully! The billing address does not need to be updated.
Updating a shipping address: If your order has not yet shipped (check your email notifications to verify if it has shipped), please email us at email@example.com to update your shipping address. If you placed your order over the weekend and reached out to our customer support team, don’t worry if you haven’t heard back yet. We do not ship on weekends and our support team will be happy to help you update your shipping address before your package goes out on Monday.
Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be updated once packages have been shipped.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $30! Just select the free shipping option at checkout.
Free shipping only applies to orders shipped to the contiguous United States and isn’t currently available to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories.
If discounts applied to your order drop your order value below $30, you will be ineligible for free shipping. To make your shipment eligible for free shipping again, simply increase your cart value to $30 or more.
Because our packages are often heavy and liquid, sometimes shipping can get expensive. Luckily for you, we offer FREE 2-3 business day shipping on all orders over $30!

Please go to the military discount section of our site and follow the directions to receive a discount code via GovEx. This discount code will be emailed to you and will have to be enrolled with GovEX and logged in to receive your military discount.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via email or text message with a tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes it’s way to you.
Orders placed after hours, or on weekends, will not be shipped until the next business day.
When you select free shipping (eligible for orders over $30) we ship your package via FedEx or USPS and transit time is 2-3 business days for most addresses in the continental US.
PO Boxes may take up to 10 days, depending on your address.

Whenever we can, we always prefer to use safer ingredients and more eco-friendly formulas, but everyone has differing opinions on what exactly constitutes a “safe” or “eco-friendly” product, so we prefer to let you make an educated choice about whether or not our products meet your personal standards. You can find everything you’ll need to know about our products on our Formulated With Trust page, so you can make an educated decision when choosing the right Unique Camping + Marine for your RV or boat.
All of our products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacturing. To find the date your product was manufactured, look at the first 6 digits of the code stamped on the bottle. This is the date it was produced (MM/DD/YY).
If your product is older than 2 years, don’t assume it’s a lost cause. We keep retains of every batch we make, going back 15+ years, and the products still work to their full capacity. It’s highly likely that yours will too - even if it is older than 2 years.
RV Digest-It is a preventative maintenance product intended to be used regularly, in an ongoing effort to prevent holding tank problems in your black and gray tanks. It is NOT made to unclog plugged holding tanks.
Tank Cleaner is a deep cleaning tool that should be used on a semi-regular basis to help deep clean your RV’s BLACK tank, in addition to using a normal treatment, like RV Digest-It. Tank Cleaner is also the leading product for clearing clogged holding tanks and pyramid plugs.
We recommend using Tank Cleaner every few months to deep clean your black tanks and using RV Digest-It as your regular, holding tank treatment in your black and gray holding tanks.

Sensor Cleaner is made to clean and restore misreading black tank sensors while Tank Cleaner is a deep cleaning tool that is also used to clear clogged black tanks. We recommend using the product more specific to your problem.

In terms of usage, there is no difference between our three RV Digest-It variations (liquid, drop-in pod, or powder) other than convenience of the pods and that the pod and powder variations will not be affected by freezing temperatures (we recommend that the liquid version of RV Digest-It not be allowed to freeze)! The choice of which version of RV Digest-It is best is completely up to your preference - all three will work equally well in maintaining your tank! Although similar in formula, RV Digest-It and Marine Digest-It have different applications and instructions for use. For best results, we recommend using RV Digest-It for RV holding tanks and using Marine Digest-It for boat holding tanks!
If you are having a hard time finding Marine Digest-It locally, you can use RV Digest-It in a pinch but you’ll need to follow the dosage recommendations and instructions for Marine Digest-It.
Freezing should be avoided with all of our liquid products as freezing can kill the active bacteria in our products. If your product has frozen, unfortunately, it will more than likely need to be replaced.
We do not recommend using Unique Camping + Marine products with other products. This can result in damage to your RV, decreased efficacy with Unique Camping + Marine products, or danger to you.
RV Digest-It: The first step to getting optimal results from RV Digest-It is to follow the The Unique Method. This method will help you successfully use RV Digest-It to prevent odors, maintain your sensor probes, and prevent clogs.

Tank Cleaner: Tank Cleaner is the strongest tank unclogging product available today, so if you are having troubles clearing a plugged black tank, keep in mind that you won’t find a stronger alternative product. If you are struggling with a clogged toilet, more often than not, one or two treatments with this product (following our guide on unclogging rv toilets) will help clear the toughest clogs. Please note, Tank Cleaner is made specifically for black holding tanks and will not work in gray tanks. To deep clean gray tanks, please follow our deep cleaning guide.
Sensor Cleaner: Cleaning black tank sensors often requires multiple treatments. Please try the process again and follow our black tank sensor cleaning guide. Please note, this product is made specifically for black tank sensors and will not work for misreading gray tank sensors.
