If you would like to request a refund please contact us at support@uniquemm.com with your order number and the reason you are requesting a refund. Refunds are typically processed within one business day after a refund request was received, but can take up to 10 business days.
Whenever possible, we issue refunds through the e-commerce platforms (our websites) where the purchase was made.
If a purchase was not made through an e-commerce platform, our preferred refund method is PayPal or Zelle. To receive a refund via PayPal or Zelle, you must provide us with the email address or phone number that is tied to your account so we can issue the refund.
In the event that an incorrect email address or phone number is provided to Unique Customer Service for refund payment, and if Unique is unable to retract the funds that were paid out to an incorrect account, Unique reserves the right to consider the refund paid in full.
We only issue refunds via check when e-commerce, PayPal, or Zelle are not viable options.
If you purchased a product through a 3rd party seller (Amazon.com or Walmart.com, or any store that is not owned by Unique), you will need to process your return through that seller according to their respective return policy.
