Can I use any toilet brush to clean my bowl?

You should always use a toilet bowl brush that is designed for use in RVs. Home toilet brushes have rigid bristles that can damage your RV toilet bowl. Never use any kind of abrasive cleaners like pumice stones. We recommend using a silicone-bristle brush.

Can Scrub-It damage my toilet if I leave it in the bowl for too long?

Nope! Actually, the longer you let Scrub-It sit inside your bowl the better! More time allows the active bacteria and waste-dissolving enzymes time to work their magic! Scrub-It will not cause any damage to toilet components when left inside the bowl for extended periods.

How often should I use Scrub-It?

We recommend that you start every camping trip by cleaning your bowl with Scrub-It. We also recommend that you perform one last clean before putting your RV into storage so your bowl doesn't contain waste that can harden during storage.

We recommend that Full Timers clean their bowls every 5-7 days.

My product arrived frozen or slushy, will it still be effective?

Yes, since our bacteria are hibernating in spore form they are very resilient and usually basic freezing is not going to be a problem. When freezing becomes a problem is when the bottle repeatedly freezes and thaws. Go ahead and give the product a try, we will certainly replace it if the product isn’t working.

What is the shelf life?

Our products come with a 2 year shelf life “manufacture date” on the product. Even though we say 2 years, our products can last much, much longer. We keep samples of all of our products and when we test batches from even 15+ years ago, they still work at 100%. That means your Unique products are more than likely okay even if they’ve gone way past the 2 years mark.

My product arrived broken, what do I do?
