"We have used the tank treatment for years and our tanks never have an odor or clog. However the sensors weren’t reading well -the sensor cleaner treatment did the trick! Your recommendation to treat the gray tank with Dawn is a great idea-however the sensors still aren’t right-however we didn’t have time to rinse that well after emptying-we think the residual bubbles may be the culprit so we’ll see. Not that worried about it-the black tank is the one I fee I really need to be working well"
